Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and well-kept, providing a comfortable experience despite some noise from the elevator's motor and proximity to the smoking area. The service was friendly and professional, with a convenient location close to the city train and amenities. The breakfast buffet was abundant, offering a variety of options. However, it would have been better if the hotel were closer to the city center.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and pretty modern, though the furniture seemed slightly outdated. Despite having only a small window at the roof of the room, the space was large and comfortable. The service was top-notch with very polite and professional staff, although some street noise could be bothersome at times. The location was really good, just a short walk down to the center of Prague, but traffic could be a concern. The dining experience offered a variety of Czech specialties, but it was a bit disappointing. The facilities met my basic needs during the stay.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with comfortable rooms but some noise issues due to the main road. The service is attentive and accommodating, but some facilities show signs of age. The central location is excellent with easy access to public transportation, yet there are noise disturbances in certain rooms. The dining options are varied and satisfying with good value for money.
The hotel's location is the only good thing about it, being close to the underground and tram network. The rooms were clean and spacious, but facing a busy 5-lane road affected my sleep quality. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast was abundant and satisfying. However, the dining experience could be improved with more variety.
The hotel is conveniently located near the IP Pavlova metro station, making it a great base for exploring the city. The rooms are super clean, nice, and comfortable, but the lack of new windows can be a drawback for noise-sensitive guests. The staff is professional and very helpful, especially Jan. The dining options may not fully justify the price, but the breakfast is amazing. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money.
